Pulse Source Meter
PSM10-300 is an instrument for measuring and testing reverse voltage of protective components.
It is suitable for use on automatic component sorting and packaging lines. The instrument integrates a 3kW programmed power impulse source with a very precise and fast voltmeter. It is intended for measurement in the production of components such as multilevel varistors, protective diodes and other TVS (transient suppression) components. The instrument is fully software-operated and adaptable to any specific user demand.
PSM10-300 has the option of multiple measurements of Uk voltage in precisely defined intervals, followed by calculation of the mean value or any other expression. The number of measurement impulses and their intervals are programmable.
